Now that you have signed up and you have access to our warehouses and warehouse code (Only for Senegalese Receiver), go online and shop straight to our warehouse. Anything that comes with that warehouse code ships to the receiver assigned to it.
Once you have shopped or shipped to our warehouse, login to your account and create a PRE-ALERT. This is notifying us that you have shipped something to our warehouse. That tracking number remains the same until it arrives in West Africa.
You will receive your shipping invoice for your shipment. It can be paid by the sender in the USA or the receiver in Uganda. Your invoice will have all the payments options. Kindly note we DO NOT accept cash.
